An easy and delicious pumpkin spice cupcake recipe from a box of Duncan Hines cake mix with canned cream cheese icing…can you smell the yum? One suggestion to change from the video – mix together the butter, sugar and other wet ingredients first, then add the mix…your cupcakes are more likely to be successful everytime. Oven at 350 degrees of course :)
