In part two of how to make a fondant face you see how to apply the hair. There are endless possibilities here. If you’ve seen the movie Coraline, you know you can make a doll look just like someone simply by applying the hair to a doll with the same color and style as the person who the doll is made to look like.

You can use sterilized scissors, or even a pizza cutter to cut the fondant if you want, but shaping them between the plastic bags as in the video makes them turn out more natural. :)
