Buttercream Icing Frosting Magic
I’m always in search of a better buttercream recipe…not that I don’t have fantastic ones already. It’s just that when you use the exact right combination of ingredients magic happens. It doesn’t only strike once. It strikes everytime you get it right.
That’s what happens in this Alton Brown buttercream recipe video. Cupcakes frosted with this are “heavenly”.
